Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, with their tags attached. Returns are free, both in the US and internationally.

Exchanges are available, depending on stock.

To start a return or exchange, email orders@atalos.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label.

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Please allow time for your return to be processed.
